INGREDIENTS (For 4 waffles)

  • 20 g buckwheat flour
  • 20 g oatmeal
  • 10 g of coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Milk of cashew nuts 1/2 cup
  • 1 banana
  • 15 g of butter
  • Grated coconut

 

RECIPE

Mix all the ingredients in a blender

Heat the device

Oil the waffle plates with coconut oil

Place 3 tablespoons per waffle

Cook the waffles about 3 minutes 30 (to adapt according to the devices)

Cover waffles with butter and grated coconut pieces

 

Advice :

1 / You can let the waffle batter rest in the fridge for 1 hour before cooking.
