Ingredients
For 2 pancakes

  • 1 tablespoon of Sere-lean
  • 1 banana
  • 40g of oatmeal (blender in a blender flakes)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Almond milk 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil
  • 15 g butter
  • Cinnamon

 

Recipe

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat with a bottom of coconut oil (spread with household
paper).

In a blender, place all the ingredients and mix.

Use a spatula to turn the pancake.

Once ready, brush the pancake with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
