-50ml of plant milk
-1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
-1-2 slice(s) of smoked salmon
-1 tbsp dill
1.Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2.In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk.
3.Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes.
4.Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture.
5.Pour the mixture into the hot skillet.
6.Cover the omelet and cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
7.When the omelet hardens and turns golden brown, fold both edges inward with a spatula.
Serve hot and enjoy!
