The High Protein Smoothie
- 1 handful of frozen kale or spinach (or other green vegetables)
- 1 handful of frozen red fruits
- 10 cl of almond or cashew milk (vegetable milk)
- 10 cl of water
- 1 large tablespoon of lean sere (or whey)
- 1 teaspoon of choice powder (maca, guarana, spirulina, barley grass, wheat grass, acai etc.)
Mix everything in the blender by adding the liquids first.
You can then consume your smoothie within 24 hours as long as you pour it into a well-sealed bottle and place it in the refrigerator.
