Cottage Cheese with Salmon Tartare


Number of people: 2
  • 1 slab of salmon or smoked salmon or mix of both (300 g)
  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • Chive
  • Parsley
  • Menth
  • A little onion
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  • Cut the salmon into thin slices (like carpaccio) or cubes
  • Peel and finely chop the onion
  • Chipping the herbs
  • In a bowl mix lemon juice, cottage cheese, herbs and onions
  • Mix the salmon with the sauce and let stand 15 minutes
