Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 4 slices of bread (preferably whole weat)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup of coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of coconut syrup
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and coconut cream.
- Dip the bread into the mixture until both sides are soaked.
- In a pan, cook over medium heat until the mixture on the bread is cooked.
- Remove from the heat and pour some coconut syrup on the bread.
- Sprinkle with grated coconut.
