Chocolate Banana Protein Bowl Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana 

  • 40 g. oatmeal flakes

  • 20g chocolate chips 

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon almond purée

  • 20 g whey vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of bicarbonate

  • 15 g. oilseeds

Recipe

  1. Crush the banana with a fork. Mix in a bowl with oatmeal, chocolate, eggs, milk, almond puree, whey, cinnamon and bicarbonate.
  2. Divide the preparation into 1 microwave-safe bowl. 
  3. Cook 2 min 30.
  4. Let it cool down for a few moments.
  5. Turn out the cake and serve it with the chopped oilseeds.
