Chocolate-banana high protein Bowl Cake
40 g. oatmeal flakes
20g chocolate chips
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon almond purée
20 g whey vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of bicarbonate
15 g. oilseeds
- Crush the banana with a fork. Mix in a bowl with oatmeal, chocolate, eggs, milk, almond puree, whey, cinnamon and bicarbonate.
- Divide the preparation into 1 microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook 2 min 30.
- Let it cool down for a few moments.
- Turn out the cake and serve it with the chopped oilseeds.
